A supportive space for late teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life's transitions.
I work with late teens, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, identity questions, and the ups and downs of major life transitions. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you're going through.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, strength-based work, and EFT—always tailoring sessions to what feels most helpful and comfortable for you.
With a multicultural background and experience supporting individuals who juggle family, cultural expectations, and personal goals, I understand how complex life can be. My goal is to help you build clarity, emotional balance, and confidence as you move toward feeling more grounded and connected in your life.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here's what the process looks like.
We'll start with a free 15-minute phone call. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what's bringing you to therapy, and see if we feel like a good fit. No pressure, just a conversation.
In your first session, we'll dive deeper into what's going on in your life and what you hope to get from therapy. I'll explain how we might work together and answer any questions you have.
We'll meet weekly or biweekly—online from wherever you're comfortable, or in person at the Fremont office. Sessions are 50 minutes, and together we'll work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
Choose whichever feels most comfortable—you can switch between them anytime.
Secure, HIPAA-compliant video from anywhere in California—phone, tablet, or computer. Many clients find telehealth just as effective as meeting in person, with the added convenience of no commute.
